USB-C PD fast charging not working

So you have inserted your Minirig 4 charger cable into the Minirig 4 and connected it to a USB-C PD power supply. The 4 bar LEDs are not lighting up to show charging as expected:

1. Firstly, ensure you have pushed the charger cable firmly into the Minirig 4 USB-C socket and USB-C port of the charger.
2. Ensure the USB-C charger product you are using is PD 2.0 compliant. It should give information on the back of the product or on the product website
3. Please try using a different USB-C to USB-C cable
4. Try turning the Minirig 4 on before you insert the charging cable
5. Remove and rotating the USB-C end of the charging cable 180 degrees before inserting it again
6. Swap the cable ends round
7. If the Minirig 4 battery is totally flat, it may take some time before it boots up. Please leave it on charge for at least 1 hour.
