Sound cutting out

You have plugged an audio cable into the Minirig 4 and connected the other end to your device but the sound is coming out of the Minirig 4 is cutting in and out

1. Check the aux cables are plugged in fully
2. Using headphones, check the quality of the audio you are trying to play from your device
3. Check the 3.5mm sockets for fluff and dirt
4. Turn up the volume on your device
5. Try different aux cables
6. Test the aux cable and connection using a LEFT/RIGHT audio test track
