Distorted sound

You have plugged an audio cable into the Minirig 4 and connected the other end to your device but the sound is coming out of the Minirig 4 is distorted.

1. Turn the volume down on the audio source - your signal level may be too high
2. If you are trying to listen to the Minirig 4 at high volume, make sure the Minirig 4 volume level is turned up using the volume buttons
3. Using headphones, check the quality of the audio you are trying to play from your device
4. Try a different aux lead
5. Try a different device or audio source
6. Remove the cables and turn the Minirig 4 off and on again
