Difficulty pairing

You have followed the how-to guide on connecting your phone or device to the Minirig 4 but you are unable to connect.

  • The Minirig 4 can only connect to 2 devices at the same time. Check if any other devices are connected and disconnect them by turning them off or turning Bluetooth off in settings
  • Turn off Bluetooth on your device and turn it back on again
  • Ensure the Minirig 4 is in pairing mode. Turn it on and press and hold the power button for 2 seconds. The power LED will be pulsing BLUE.
  • Scan for devices by opening Bluetooth settings and pressing the scan button or “add new devices”.
  • Turn the Minirig 4 and on again and start the pairing process again
  • Try resetting your Minirig 4 and unpairing/forgetting any Minirig devices from your Bluetooth list
  • If you are asked for a PIN, try 0000 or 1234.
  • Try with a different phone or device. There may be an issue with the device you are using
